[mythtvnz] hdhomerun doesn't connect on restart when connected directly to the lan port

Mythfrontend can't watch live TV without a backend - it can only get the
video to display from a backend instance. Is the mythfrontend wrapper
restarting the backend? I think you should look into why this case is
working.
