[mythtvnz] hdhomerun doesn't connect on restart when connected directly to the lan port

The correct way to stop and start mythbackend is via the mythtv-backend
service. eg

sudo service mythtv-backend stop (or start or restart).

No the frontend wrapper does not start the backend, unless something very
radical has changed in mythbuntu. Indeed the user who runs mythfrontend
does not have permission to start and stop services without using sudo and
the usual password.
