[HTS-members] Burnham Beeches Consultation

[HTS Secretary]

Bucks County is consulting on a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)
relating to Burnham Beeches.

 

The document is at:

Taplow is included within the 5.6km defined wider area.

 

The document as published we think is unexceptional, simply requiring new
builds to pay a fee to help fund mitigation works at the Beeches.

However it leaves out certain provisions that could have an effect on new
builds in Taplow and we draw attention to these.

 

Submissions must be in by 3rd September.
