[mythtvnz] Myth crashing on channel change and other questions

If you don't have a VDPAU capable card you don't need JYA's patches. Also if you are seeing crashes and you are not using VDPAU, my guess is that you would still see crashes even if you did not have JYA's patches.

Note if you don't have JYA's patches you will need Paul Kendall's.
