[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-3000 card Lirc

There is a good guide on this web site for setting up the HVR cards and how
to make sure that you can find them if they renumber after a reboot.

hardware.conf.old is the first version of lirc which followed the udev info
from the Parker site above and it was working fine, but after a kernel
update it stopped working and I had to use hardware.conf.new where I used
the information from Parkers site to specify the card directly and I used
the LIRCD_ARGS to pass the conf file through to the daemon.

Sorry I thought I broke the lirc config when I changed to Mythbuntu 8.04 but
it was when I just did a kernel update on 7
