[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-3000 card Lirc

Hi Tim
I have a couple of HVR-4000's in my mythbuntu box.  I had trouble going from
Ubuntu v7 to v8 but got it going in the end.  I will email you the configs
later tonight when I get back home.
