[mythtvnz] Lirc remote for Pace DSR2000 sky decoder

Good work, I hope you do as the file suggests and send it to upstream. If
you do I would add in a few comments about the Remote model and that it i=
s
used by Sky in NZ etc, as those files are often rather sparse on
documentation. LIRC will only be improved by sending in new remote files!
