[mythtvnz] Sky moving to Optus D1 Details

OK so I assume you don't need any changes to the LNB arrangement - mine
has never been changed since we got Sky some years ago.

In terms of what is described here
http://pvr.geek.nz/w/index.php/DVB-S_Setup we have an "older" LNB with
an offset of 11.3GHz.
