[mythtvnz] Sky moving to Optus D1 Details

I'm hearing rumours that there is a problem with D1, and that it might 
be due to the antenna alignment on the bird.

If this is the case you might find that things need to be completely 
changed, ie you might find that Sky is on H pol, not V.

It also might mean that there are a few "out of area" transmissions that 
we get to see, just depends how bad the problem is.
