[mythtvnz] Sky moving to Optus D1 Details

Sky NZ on B1 shifting to D1 Details:

Optus B1 (SKY TV ONLY Services) migrate to D1

Sched date 15/11/06 0000 hrs to 0200 hrs NZT

During the transition customers will experience "rainfade" as the 
existing transponders are switched off and the new D1 transponders 
activated.

Stream 4 transponder T4 U will remain temporarily active on B1. (Maori 
TV, TV1 South/Lower North,TV2 South/Lower North)

Service restoration order is TP5,TP 6,TP 7,TP3 and lastly TP8.

Should problems arise during the transition services will be switched 
back to B1.
