[chbot] H-bridge device

Do a search for the H bridge device "Double BTS7960B DC 43A Motor Driver"
on ebay will find it OK - its less than US$10 (about NZ$12) from several
suppliers.

Looks as though the devices are designed for a median of about 13.5 volts,
can handle 45v but go into overvoltage shutdown above 28v - guess that
means I can't run my system when charging the batteries. Low voltage
dropout is around 5 volts.
