[chbot] Web programming of ladder logic

I would really love to see what you come up with!

Although I kinda think ladder logic is stuck in a no-mans-land between
something really simple to use (e.g. NXT) and something powerful
(writing code).

I definitely like the idea of the separation between the GUI design code
and the engine.
