[chbot] Web programming of ladder logic

I don't think there is a one-size-fits-all programming model that can do all 
things for all people.

Ladder logic is something that technophobes can use to write programs without 
even thinking that they are programming.

For "real" programming you still need proper programming languages: C, 
Java,...
