[mythtvnz] Doubled up recordings

Agreed - the +1 channels are a sign that users still watch TV while it is
broadcast.

+1 is utterly useless for anyone with a proper working DVR, and only
slightly useful should your box have insufficient tuners.

Roll on streaming media, and we'll all be redundant.
