[mythtvnz] TV One listings disappeared from Sky feed?

I run regular dvbscans on the Sky transponders and keep the output in SVN
so I can track their channel changes over time. I do the same with the
freeview DTT and DTH services.

SID 1031 has been off for a couple of weeks now and depending on your
region they are mapping in one of the TVNZ/Freeview feeds of TV One. Oddly
they are still transmitting their own feed of TV 2.

Also note that the feed for TVNZ Kidzone has just started up on SID 1040
ready for the 1st April Launch.
