Yes, those temps are not going to cause problems. Drives should be able to
handle much higher temps than that. For example Seagate Barracuda 7200.12s
are rated for operation up to 60 degrees.

I'd be inclinded to try removing one of the PCI cards at a time to see if
you can isolate the issue that way. Otherwise I'd suspect the motherboard.
