I believe that if your TV is advertised as "Full HD" then you'r probably fairly safe. At least in terms of the refresh rates and 1920x1080 1:1 pixel mapping. These are mandatory to get the "Full HD" logo on yur box. It would just pay to check whether PC Levels and overscan can be set.
