you used to be able to get little joke weather forecasters that you
put outdie. They had a bit of wool stapled to them. The caption went
something like

if the wool is dry, its sunny

if the wool is wet, its raining

if the wool is at 45 degrees its windy

if the wool is at 90 degrees its hurricane

etc

Sometimes I think even the weather forecasters don't look out the damned window!
