[mythtvnz] KnoppMyth R5E50 on Shuttle ST61G4 - TV out problems

Hi Alan,

Thanks for this. I did see a lot of people using 5200's when googling 
for a solution. Think I have a 5200 lying around here somewhere so will 
give it a try.
