[mythtvnz] what lircd.conf to use for TelstraClear remote?

I think the way it should work is that Ch+/Ch- should change the channel in
MythTV. That should then send the new channel number via IR transmitter (and
the channel change script) as a number. This is certainly the way it works
on my system.
