[mythtvnz] Shared freight order for DVB-S cards

Hi all, apologies if this appears as spam*, but I am about to place an 
order from dvbshop for some DVB-S cards.

I have a couple of takers from this list so far, but it would be nice to 
get a couple more to get the 5 up discount.  The site says they are now 
in stock so I will likely order tomorrow or Thurs.

They are ~40 EUR (if we order 5) which will work out at around NZ$71. 
Otherwise about $5 more each without the discount. Total shared freight 
looks to be about another $65 or a bit less (shipping will be by 
standard post).
