All good.

I will sort thru the RMS request on your behalf, no worries. Very good 
news from you actually!

The $ shouldn't prove a problem, going by general support levels - we 
can worry about that later.

The main issue will be: which of the 19 or 20 Aug suit the BIT tutor 
best - the other date would go to
Dunedin, if someone there wants to organise it.
