Hey Don,

We know you're passionate about telecomms etc & don't want to rain on
your parade. But you belong on a list about that subject and can't make
us read, care, or find the time for your pet project/s. Why? Your
header: "Thunderbird 1.5.0.4 (Windows/20060516)".

Read the sign/s over the doors - CLinuxUserG / GNU/LinuxUsers. Unless
you are one, nothing you've got to say rightly belongs here. In any
daily, incessant, impolite way that is. You're making enemies out of
some of the friendliest people around, for ignoring this. Simply put: OT.

You just need to focus on the plain technicality of supporting your own
*nix use, to really belong here. I've found this means unending
sacrifice - starting with certain devices, until yoo accumulate mastery
over them. You're just too verbal to be doing any relevant work, it seems.

Now, I've still got quite some mail backtracking to unskew what you've
done to SFD/GNUz already, so pardon me if I relieve myself of your mail
at least. It's nothing personal, but it sure has come to look that way.

Repeat: install *nix, use it, and start dealing with the (personal?)
changes it implies. I'm sure the sensible positivity characterising
these lists stems mostly from the fact that we are looking at quality
software, and it is smiling back. Try it. You'll probably like it.

All the best. Ciao,
