[OneRNG-Discuss] Ask about the process to flash Firmware

I am very glade to know there will be new boards early next year! But I 
am still considering make some for myself (My 1st time doing an 
opensource hardware project! Even it's ordered from the pcb factory).

As the result, I still want to conform which 6 pin connector should I 
use, TC2030-IDC-NL or TC2030-IDC-NL-10? (or something else)

Lastly, for the programmer Firmware, is there already build Benito7g.hex 
in the Github repo somewhere? I just have no confidence to make from the 
source code by myself.
