Dice-based keys seem to be fashionable in some parts of the BTC community.  If
you're really serious you 3D print your own, there are various design files
floating around.

In terms of bias, it's probably not a major issue if you lose a few bits of
entropy on a 128-bit key.  But as I mentioned in my first message, it's mostly
a gimmick rather than a serious RNG, so don't expect great performance from
it.
