[chbot] Lazy and Blue tooth

I'd second the esp32 running both the embedded real time bit alongside a
web server that your phone can connect to.

I gave a presentation of Mongoose-OS at the club about 4 years ago that
would do all that; pretty simple to develop and super easy to integrate to
(even 4 years ago there were simple interfaces for temperature sensors etc)
