Document printed full size, A4 at 600 DPI (?), with  0805 resistor for 
scale :)

Reads fine using a generic QR reader on Android.

The NZ passport reader crashes my elderly Samsung.

Amazingly simple to sign up; email address, and driving license details. 
Document arrived within 30 seconds.
