[chbot] Server slow wake up

Hi

This is normal. When you apply power the computer does a full system check before it will allow power up. This can't be turned off but I think there is a fast and slow check somewhere in the bios.
I'm more familiar with IBM xserve which has the same feature. Some models can take 10 minutes before it will let you start the server.
