Huntsbury currently make my boards.

They are quite simple and only single sided. I use a Arduino Mini for the 
processor so circuitry is minimal.

I found this place

50 boards plus postage < $70 and they do some hand assembly but their stock 
holding is very limited.
0.05 c per solder.

My requirements could be in the 200 + later on hence the looking for a low 
cost supplier now

The Arduinio Mini's are +- $5 on ebay. My AVRStudio code compiled straight 
off in the Arduino package and downloaded correctly once I selected the 
correct board.
