[chbot] Pilots Assn. wants 1mw+ lasers banned

Don't get me started on the firearms laws, a classic example of a bad  
piece of legislation that targets illegitimate users and just creates  
more of a black market to circumvent the legislation. It really does  
little to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals and wraps users  
up in more red tape.
