If speed is not an issue (7 to 10 day turn around) then look at
http://goldphoenixpcb.biz/
Even with shipping to NZ and at current exchange rates their prices
are pretty good.

Double sided Plated
solder masks both sides
component reference top only
US$110 for up to 1000sq cm (155sq inch) maximum panel size 14.5"X10"
(145sq in which contradicts the size).
Mixed panels incur and additional US$30
Additional US$10 for shipping.

So for US$150 (NZ$174) you can get a lot of boards in a mixed panel.

They usually make 2 panels just in case one fails, if it doesn't fail,
you get all the boards
(I have received two panels worth on my last couple of orders)

Quality is pretty good, most likely better than Huntsbury (If
Hunstbury is same as they were 4 years ago quality wise then
GoldPhoenix is a major step up)

You have to provide a single gerber file set of the panel so if you
are combining several designs, someone will need to combine the
different layouts into one.
