US$100 to US$140 for a mixed panel up to 10" x 15"  ds pth sm cr
US$20 extra for shipping to NZ... usually had a 5 to 7 day turn to the US
including shipping

They have a fixed pricing structure (for ds pth at least) so you can easily
work out your board costs.

Never had any issues with them.
