[chbot] PCB fab house for 4 layer boards

As in 4 layers of copper?

Any blind via's?

I got a quote from a place in Singapore for something last year that was 
pretty good for 5 layer with no blind vias, that seemed to make a huge 
difference.  The quote will be on my laptop at work, I'll dig the name 
out tomorrow..
