[chbot] ATMEL ICSP in-circuit programming using FTDI chip (in bitbang mode!)

The FTDI USB interface chip can also be used to program ATMEGA/Arduino
as an ICSP *without* a bootloader.

The Diecimila or Duemilanove uses a FTDI chip, and can be easily modded
to work as a ICSP (programming either the onboard atmega, or an atmega
on your own board).

I haven't tried this yet, but it is a good solution for those of us that
don't have a separate ICSP cable.

Cheers
