[Templates] Exceedingly strange problem

I've seen this when the template processing fails and I haven't explicitly 
caught it (only the once of course ;).

Make sure you have something to catch it, from the manual :

$tt->process('letters/overdrawn', $vars) || die $tt->error(), "\n";
