[Templates] Exceedingly strange problem

I ran into something like that a long time ago with
the interpolate bug. That's what it sounds like you
have going on there. I thought that had been fixed up
to this point, but it's worth a try.
Try setting INTERPOLATE => 0 in your constructor.
