[mythtvnz] How to delete multiple recording rules

I have an ongoing problem with scheduled recordings becoming "Do not record"

I can use MythTV Backend (browsing on Port 6544) and change them to 
"Record all showings" and they work for a week or so.

In the Recording Rules section I still have lots of "Untitled, Do not 
record, Priority 0" recording rules which I can delete one at a time but 
it is taking forever.

I can also see them in MythTV Frontend but cannot see how to delete them 
there.

Any advice would be welcomed.
