[mythtvnz] Issues with TV3 and all channels on 12456H

Hey,

Anyone else having issues watching any of the channels from Optus D1 on
the 12456H frequency?  (TV3 and a few others)

I'm getting errors like this:

2014-07-30 22:45:20.224 DTVSM(/dev/dvb/adapter0/frontend0) Error: Wrong
PMT; pmt->pn(1931) desired(1918)

Started getting theses errors about a week and half ago. I've tried
rescanning the transponders, but hasn't helped. I have not deleted all
the transports and started again, and I'd really rather not...
