OK. Great. Thanks. All fixed.

Once I knew it wasn't an EPG issue went looking further. Downloaded the data 
manually and still only showed limited data which gave me a clue. I had 
updated my squid proxy recently. It was being a bit over aggressive with it's 
caching...
