The timezone changes were as a result of 0.26 moving to use UTC time
internally.  Check the release notes for 0.26 for what you needed to
do before the upgrade, especially the MySQL change in the Prerequisite
Changes section:

If you have not added the timezone tables to MySQL that probably
explains the error messages.  Otherwise, it would be a good idea to
find some of those messages and post them for us to look at.
