[mythtvnz] Upgrade/Reinstall tips

I've been running 0.27 for about a week from an upgrade of 0.26 with no
issues
(well the metadata scrapper got stuck once at 100% cpu but that's minor)

So I guess the timezones were sorted out at upgrade
