Directly no - they're called a NUC for Next Unit of Computing - purely
sales drivel.
As long as you can do away with normal PCI / PCIe expansion then you're
good. They're not cheap for their spec.
That said, you're forced to have a SSD which is always good for general
performance.
The video device will be an integrated Intel one, whether that handles
HD properly I have no idea.
Other handy question
* Why only USB2? Seems a bit... old
* Is it silent? Probably not if they come with intel i3/i5 CPUs.
Note There are two variants - the dual HDMI one or single HDMI with
thunderbolt.
Also note that price doesn't include SSD or Ram.
