[mythtvnz] Channel id to name tables: Where are they?

It is. That error is from tv_grab_nz-py. I've attached a config file for 
you which you need to put in $HOME/.mythtv/ and name it as $SOURCE.xmltv

Before you run mythfilldatabase edit the xmltvids in the config file to 
suit the channels you want.
