[mythtvnz] Channel id to name tables: Where are they?

When I go to...

Manage Recordings -> Schedule Recordings -> Program Guide

I see about the next half to two hours programming information.  This is
usual, it has been like that for a long time.

When I go to...

Manage Recordings -> Schedule Recordings -> Program Finder

I see the same programmes and nothing else.  I used to see a weeks worth
of programmes.

I ran mythfilldatabase from the command lnie and it spun its wheels

It had an error:

Perhaps this is the problem?

I have attached the fill out put.

Is there a place where the process of updating the scheduling info is
documented?  I am unsure of what all the acronyms mean, and whilst I
have a vague idea that there are two processes (one taking data from the
broadcasters via the transmition and one downloading an XML listings
file) I have no idea of the details.
