What you initially missed was that the ivtv encoder has been renamed
mpeg2 encoder, because ivtv is not the only driver for hardware
accelerated mpeg 2 cards.

Are you looking for the input on the right page? "Connect Source to
Input" should have a list of inputs at the top of the page.
