[mythtvnz] Hauppauge Nova-S PCI card dead?

Been having some randomness over the weekend with my normally stable 
Myth backend.  After several cold reboots and random lock-ups things 
have settled down but I think I've lost a tuner card.
Dmesg is giving me this....

... and the card isn't showing up in /dev or in mythtv-setup.

I checked the firmware file was in place and it was and even when I 
removed it I got the same dmesg.

I'm running Debian Squeeze and MythTV 0.24.1 from debian-multimedia.org.
I've got a DVB-S second tuner card in the machine so all is not lost.

So anyone got any ideas before I head to pricespy to find a replacement?
