[mythtvnz] Spark Fun with sat cables

Word to the wise.... when messing about with dish cables to your 
mythbox, don't hot plug them while a card is in use.

I've managed to fry the splitter part of my Tevii S420 by shorting the 
center to the shield, while the other card was active (ie, putting 18V 
on the cable to power the LNB)

It wasn't even a particularly spectacular spark.

Fortunately, a new splitter works fine, I'm recording Prime and TV2 
simultaneously, therefore both cards are working.
