[mythtvnz] DVB-S Reception issue

Ok resolved most of the issues with a new non-sky lnb c/o
freeviewshop.co.nz. Sadly I still can't do live TV on freeview channels,
but no issues with SBS and the Sky version of TV2. Think I'm over due a
MythTV update on my live system.
