One would need to chack out the 60W brick specs - at a guess I'd predict it is 12V 5A, which is not the same as ATX spec PS.

The pdf I have says B-E is ATX, I expect one could use any old ATX power supply (say 200 to 300W) and cut its fan speed down (or 
even off?) given the low power draw.  Care with fan speed reductions though!

{For a 19V power supply version there are a number of laptop power supplies that are ~19V, 90W.  I'd use one of those, fanless of 
course}
