[mythtvnz] Power supply for Zotac IONITX-B-E

My understanding (which could be completely wrong) is the board may consume
up to 40W under load (saw this somewhere on the net).
The Intel X-25 40GB SSD should be 2W or less under load.
So am hoping there may be some change out of 60W.
